TARONGA ZOO x HABITATS AT HOME . Back in 2024 a dream came true when I was approached by Taronga Zoo to build the off display holding enclosures for the new reptile building, the Amphibian & Reptile Conservation Centre (ARC). I was tasked with designing enclosures for General Holding, Tropical and Venomous. So excited to debut my pond fronted PVC enclosures at the VHS Reptile and Amphibian Expo in Melbourne. This enclosure measures 900x600x900mm, featuring a customisable glass front for you to create your own pond, paludarium or aquarium in the base of the enclosure. Habitats At Home enclosures come fully sealed and will hold water up to the bottom of the front vents. PVC is unmatched when it comes to bioactive and aquatic enclosures, allowing easy drilling and machining and therefore easy customisation when compared to glass. . .
